John , you believed in me when i did not and drove me to be the best i could be. I will always be thankful for you being in my life and God bless you.

John left a huge legacy over his working life. We all have benefited from his advice, guidance and professionalism. I find myself regularly saying 'John always said....' and will be forever grateful for his support and generosity over many years working together.

I will be eternally grateful for all the guidance and support John gave me over 33 years at Canada Life. John was always so generous with his time and advice. He was kind and gentle man but defended his team fiercely when needed. His leadership, professionalism and influence has passed to all those he worked with. Outside of work I have so many fond memories of lunches, dinners and drinks where his kindness and humour came through. You have passed too early John, and rest in peace. Michael
